The Latin American Youth Climate Scholarship (LAYCS) is a unique initiative designed for young Latin Americans from Black, Indigenous, and/or people of color (BIPoC) communities. LAYCS aims to foster meaningful, inclusive, and sustained participation by BIPoC Latin American youth in international climate forums.
